Runescape Quest Help Ernest The Chicken Information
Player vs Player combatPlayers cannot normally fight with each other in most areas of the map. There are however three different areas where player vs player combat is allowed in RuneScape , each with different rules and properties.runescape, runescape item, runescape cheat, runescape tipThe WildernessFor a long time the only way to fight other players was to visit the Wilderness . The Wilderness is a large area of map located in northern RuneScape . The Wilderness has great rewards, but also great risks. The Wilderness is the most hostile of the PvP types available because players can be attacked unexpectedly and if killed, will lose all but their most valuable items. Exactly how many items kept when killed depends on a player's prayer settings and whether they have attacked another player recently. Killing another player in this area is referred to as PKing (Player Killing). As one gets deeper into the Wilderness they can fight with other players further and further away from their combat level which makes it more dangerous. Half of the wilderness only allows 1-on-1 battles, whilst the other half allows multi-way combat and potentially huge team based wars. it also has many items bringing people to prey on there.Duelling ArenaThe Duelling Arena is only available to subscribers. Located in the Al-Kharid desert it allows a more formal fight where the players can pre-agree the exact terms of combat, and what items will be gambled. It is possible to change a large number of settings to restrict exactly which items and combat styles are required, and players can choose either to duel for fun (in which case no items change hands), or to wager items which the winner will receive. Because of the option to limit the risk to a level of a player's choosing, this way of testing a player's combat prowess against other is popular with many players.
runescape item
runescape is a simple and free game played by millions of people and one of the most enjoyable parts of it is collecting all the runescape item that are available. There are literally thousands upon thousands of items to collect in Runescape. Some are obviously more valuable, rare and prized than others. There are even items that no longer are able to be created which has created a whole industry of specific runescape itemtrading in itself. This is the Runescape rare item market consisting of things like party hats, santa hats, holloween masks plus a few other items that are so sort after that it costs millions of Runescape gold to just buy one of these items. Runescape Rare Items – Holiday Drops These Runescape rare items, often referred to as holiday drops, were a feature of Runescape back when the game was in its first couple of years. Essentially Jagex had items spawn in different locations all around Runescape on certain holidays, namely Christmas, Easter and Halloween and these free holiday item drops were meant to be a celebration of the event, and well these yearly events only happened once a year so these particular runescape item were only able to be collected on one specific day of the year and it didn’t take long before people realized that while demand for these items was increasing but the supply was always decreasing as less and less of these items could be found on the market. This of course forced the prices up to the point where they are now, at millions of Runescape gold to buy just one of these items, and with every passing month the price of such Runescape items just continues to climb. Runescape Item Duplicator The only time that the prices of these particular Runescape rare items have ever really crashed was when someone managed to create a runescape item duplicator. Of course they used this item duplicator to start duplicating Runescape items, and not just any runescape item, the Runescape rare items, mainly pink party hats which were at the time worth many, many millions of Runescape gold. Obviously Jagex and the Runescape market realized that there was a sudden influx of party hats for sale on the market and as such they found out how players were duplicating runescape item and removed the glitch from the game. The damage however was already done, the Runescape rare item market had already crashed and with knowledge that it was possible to create a runescape item duplicator to exploit runscape glitches put added uncertainty in the rare item market and prices stayed low for quite awhile. Runescape Rare Items for Sale A lot like Runescape gold there are many Runescape rare item sellers that will actually sell rare runescape item for money as well as have other runescape items for sale. Of course this is against Jagex’s rules this doesn’t stop the trading from taking place. Now whilst some people opt to buy there Runescape rare items from such gold selling stores many players spend countless hours saving their Runescape gold up to be able to afford such items. Players literally spend months saving for these particular Runescape items and with the rate at which prices inflate for these items it is near impossible to be able to earn the money without the price having doubled by the time they have saved enough gold for their prized rare item. Free runescape item Beggars If there is one thing you should expect once you do start to wear some of the more expensive Runescape items it is that you should prepare for the onslaught of free runescape item beggars that will begin to approach you asking for free Runescape items. It seems that because Runescape in itself is a free game that it draws somewhat of the cheapskate sort of attitude out of many people to the point where they are constantly harassing those that have spent many hours working hard to get their Runescape items for them to give them free runescape item just because they believe they can afford it. Of course I’m not suggesting that just because there are people that will beg for free runescape item that it is not worth your time to try and get such wearable rare items, more just suggesting that you should be aware of the fact that when wearing certain items it can draw undue attention. Well best of luck on your road to collecting your runescape gold. Make sure you also have fun along the way.
Runescape Fast Money Guide
Woodcutting
Of course one of the simplest ways of making money is woodcutting. Although this can be extremely boring the rewards are reasonable, and it is such a simple skill!
Start off on normal trees, of course. Now before the release of Construction I would have said burn or drop the logs [F2P] or fletch into shafts [P2P] but I now advise banking the logs! Normal logs are now fairly easy to sell to people in World 1 for F2P or on the forums for P2P (sell for anywhere between 20 – 100gp ea!).
Alternatively you can turn these into planks [P2P] at the sawmill for the cost of 100gp/log and sell for up to 500gp ea (check current selling prices before doing this)! A good method for making planks without needing to walk to/from bank is the use of servants. If your Construction is 30+ a great and fast method is to cut logs or oak logs outside of the Rimmington portal, then with a full inventory head inside and tell your servant to take the logs to the sawmill (Cooks or better). Remember, each servant can only take a certain amount of logs at a time, and there is a cost involved so bring money. Servants also demand pay at regular intervals. runescape
Whatever method you choose, cut these until level 15 WC. Personally I would cut into shafts to increase my fletching later (if you are P2P of course).runescape
At level 15 Woodcutting start cutting oak logs and either bank for selling or make into planks for a cost of 250gp/plank. These sell for anywhere between 750gp – 1000gp per plank (check current prices on forums) so can be very good money! For F2P there are a lot of members that buy oak logs just outside of the West Varrock Bank on World 1, so look for a good price J. Cut these until 30 WC.
At level 30 Woodcutting start cutting willow logs at Draynor Village. This is right next to the bank so bank all of your logs. These sell for 30 – 40gp per log to P2P fletchers so for F2P sell in World 1 Draynor Bank or P2P on the forums. Easier sales and better prices for more logs of course.
At level 45 Woodcutting P2P’s can cut Maple logs. These are not as fast as Willows but sell for 100gp+ and can be found right next to Seer’s Bank. If you prefer faster XP stick to Willow logs.runescape tip
At level 60 Woodcutting you can cut Yew logs. These are great for money, selling for between 250gp – 300gp per log! At level 60 Yew’s take a long time to cut a full load so personally I would recommend you continue cutting Willow logs, as they still make reasonable money but much faster XP. There is also the hassle of competing with the huge number of Autoer’s on every F2P world so keep this in mind if you choose to cut Yews at level 60 WC.runescape tip
Personally I would continue cutting Willows until 70 WC, then move to Yew logs. P2P players could also try cutting Maples at around level 60 and see how this goes, but I used Willows until level 70.runescape tip
At level 70 Woodcutting I cut Yew logs until level 75 then cut Magic Logs [P2P] below seers. Magic logs take a long time to cut at level 75 so it is advisable to continue cutting Yew logs until around level 80 WC, which will allow you to cut Magic logs a little bit faster and also make a fair bit of money too. Magic logs sell for between 900gp – 1100gp each. With the logs cut you can choose to sell, fletch [P2P] or burn them! It is up to you.runescape tip
Log Cutting Chart:
Level 1 – 15 = 97 Normal Logs
Level 15 – 30 = 439 Normal Logs, 293 Oak Logs
Level 30 – 45 = 714 Willow Logs
Level 45 – 60 = 3,145 Willow Logs, 2,123 Maple Logs
Level 60 – 70 = 6,873 Willow Logs, 4,639 Maple Logs, 2,651 Yew Logs
Level 70 – 75 = 7,005 Willow Logs, 4,728 Maple Logs, 2,702 Yew Logs
Level 75 – 80 = 7,757 Maple Logs, 4,433 Yew Logs, 3,103 Magic Logs
Level 80 – 99 = 63,134 Yew Logs, 44,194 Magic Logs
Willows from 30 – 70 as advised = 7,587
Yews from 70 – 80 as advised = 7,135
Try to make this skill interesting by chatting to people at the various trees, there will usually be a number of other people there!
Mining/Smithing
One of my least favourite skills of all time, mining can be an excellent moneymaker once you hit level 85. I will keep this guide simple as I don’t know the best methods for training either of these, with my max levels in each being only 70 and 68 respectively.runescape gold
Start out mining tin and copper. I personally mine from level 1 – 15 on Tin, then mine the same number of copper. Mining 150 of both Tin and Copper will get you to 21 Mining and the ability to use a mithril pick, which will make mining Iron easier than using a steel pick! Make sure to bank these ores, with a close mine to the bank being East Varrock mines. Smelting and smithing all of these ores will get you to 16 Smithing, so you will be able to smith Iron Bars.
Once you have reached 21 Mining you can mine iron! A good spot is the Rimmington mines, especially if you are a P2P with 30+ Construction. The servant can take your ores to the bank for you, and the mine is right next to the portal! This is even faster than power mining and dropping Iron ores in my opinion, and way less clicking! Iron ore is great money selling at 100gp+ per ore. Smithing these into bars is very profitable for members with a Ring of Forging which will make 140 Bars at 100% success (5 loads) otherwise the success rate is only 50%.runescape gold
I would keep mining iron until level 60 Mining so you can enter the Miners Guild in Falador just below the bank. Smith only the amount of Iron needed to gain 30 Smithing then leave the rest for smithing Steel bars later (see numbers below). At level 60 Mining you can start mining coal in the guild for good money or for making steel bars, or if you would rather the XP you can keep mining Iron (power mining or banking, whichever is preferred). Personally I advise raising smithing WITH your mining rather than wasting the ores. I THINK coal becomes fairly easy to mine in the guild at around level 70, plus you have the advantage of mining the Adamantite ores in the Scorpions Lair just next to the guild through the gate along with the Mithril ores scattered through the two areas. Remember, crowded worlds have faster respawn on ores but more competition! Choose one that is right for your level.runescape gold
For high-level mining do whatever you want to! I have never had mining above 70 so this is unknown to me. A fast way to raise is power mining Iron but if you would rather make money by all means mine coal and sell for 200gp+ per coal (check these prices).
It is advisable to smith everything you make at least into bars! Bars sell for a lot more than the ores would but take time to smith. It all depends on whether you like the skill ore not, but it reaps its rewards like most other skills!runescape item
Mining:
Level 1 – 21 = 287 Copper/Tin
Level 23 – 60 = 7,678 Iron
Level 60 – 70 = 13,254 Iron, 9,278 Coal
Level 70 – 85 = 72,028 Iron, 50,420 Coal
Smithing (smelt and smith):
Level 1 – 15 = 129 Bronzerunescape item
Level 15 – 30 = 293 Iron (at 100% success rate – more without Ring of Forging)
Level 30 – 55 = 1600 Steel
Level 55 – 70 = 11,569 Steel, 7,954 Mithril
Level 70 – 85 = 45,836 Steel, 31,513 Mithril, 25,210 Adamantite
As you can see, mining and smithing is A LOT of work, but with Rune Ores selling at around 12k each ore, it is certainly worth the effort!runescape item
Fletching
Fletching is one of the most commonly raised member skills, as it offers a great way to make money in conjunction with High Alchemy (Level 55 Magic). This is a member’s only skill!
Simply put fletching is cutting logs into bows/arrows! To start off you should cut normal logs to make arrow shafts. If you have the money to spare I advise buying 1,000 normal logs and turning them all into shafts, then add feathers to the shafts. ONLY USE THE FOLLOWING IF YOU HAVE MONEY SPARE:
· Buy 1,000 normal logs and fletch into 15,000 Arrow shafts
· Buy 15,000 feathers (150K) and attach to shafts to make headless arrows
· Buy 1K Iron Bars and make 15,000 Arrowheads (20 smithing required)
· Attach heads to headless arrows making 15,000 Iron Arrows!runescape item
The above method costs approximately 400,000Gp (logs = 50ea, feathers = 10ea, bars = 200ea) with a 450,000Gp return selling Iron arrows at 30 ea! This also gets you to level 46 Fletching with the ability to make Willow Long Bows (plus an extra 6 levels)!
If you don’t have the money for the aforementioned guide, keep cutting arrow shafts until you reach 20 Fletching for Oak Short Bows, I personally wouldn’t bother making normal bows as it is annoying having to drop them, and arrow shafts are stackable! At level 20 start making Oak bows and continue making the best bow you can for as long as you can! Great way to raise Woodcutting at the same time, but make sure you are close to a bank so you don’t need to drop all of the bows! Another method is to cut all of the logs first then stand at the bank withdrawing logs, fletching then depositing and withdrawing more. Choose the best to suit your style of play – cutting and fletching straight away is more interesting than constant cutting and constant fletching but the choice is yours!
runescape item
After fletching the 15,000 Arrow Shafts I bought 17,000 Willow Logs to get me to 70 Fletching (only 16,878 from level 40). DO NOT attach ANY strings to these, as it is not worth it! Stringing bows is VERY tedious and costs more for the same XP! Strings cost around the 150gp/string area, and strung bows give 2x the XP as unstrung bows. Therefore a strung Willow Long costs around 190gp whilst two unstrung Willow Longs costs around 80gp to make. Less than half the costs and WAY less clicking! You can sell the Unstrung Bows to the general store (not sure on price when store is maxed), drop them, sell them, keep them as a memento or give away to low levels or anyone that wants them!
At 70 Fletching you start making money from Yew Longs! Either cut or buy Yew logs (buy at 250gp from F2P or up to 300gp on F2P forums) and pick & spin or buy strings. BOTH methods make profit, it just depends on how much you want and the time you are willing to spend doing it!
It costs, to make one Yew Long (using logs = 250ea, string = 150ea) 400gp, and the selling price on mass Yew Longs (i.e. 1,000+) is 600gp ea! That’s 200gp profit per bow!
If you have 55 Magic you can use the great method of high alchemy to raise your mage level. This is a great way for members to make money whilst training mage, and is the reason for the insane Runescape economy! Strung Yew Long Bows alchemy for 768gp/bow and alchemy uses one nature rune per spell (whilst using a fire staff). You can buy the resources for a Yew Long plus the spell for 700gp (Bow = 400gp as above, Nature rune = 300gp) meaning 68gp profit per bow! This doesn’t sound like a lot but if you are alchemising 1,000 Yew Long Bows [notes] that is 68,000Gp profit, plus 65,000 Magic Experience (65xp per cast)! AMAZING!
runescape cheat
At 85 Fletching the profit becomes even greater, with the ability to make Magic Long Bows which alchemy for 1,536gp/bow. You can buy the resources for a Magic Long plus the spell for 1,450gp (logs = 1,000gp, string = 150gp, Nature rune = 300gp) meaning 86gp profit per bow! If you alchemise 1,000 Magic Longs Bows [notes] that is 86,000Gp profit, plus 65,000 Magic Experience. AMAZING!
Another method that I used at level 75 Fletching was making Rune Arrows. These are fairly easy to sell on the forums or in World 2/18, the main PK-ing Worlds, in Edgeville. For this method I sell at 400gp/arrow.
For a start buy however many headless arrows you will need, depending on how many you want to make. Headless arrows cost around 15gp – 20gp each. Go to the Catherby range store and buy Rune Arrowheads from the store, ONLY if it is completely stocked to 100 Heads. If it is not completely stocked the prices WILL be higher! Buy all 100 arrowheads then world switch to the next world (SwiftSwitch or another trusted client comes in handy here) and continue buying arrowheads until you have 1,000 then use them with your headless arrows. Depending on your starting cash you may continue buying more, sell them now for profit or make LESS arrows than 1,000. It costs around 300gp – 330gp average per arrowhead (cant remember exact amount) after buying 100 arrowheads from the store. To maximise profits you can buy LESS from each store, meaning the price will not rise as high per arrowhead, but it will take a lot longer to make the same amount of arrows. Including world switching time, it takes me around 20 minutes to make 1,000 Rune Arrows. Now lets look at the profit for 1,000 Rune Arrows (selling 400gp each).
Resources:runescape cheat
· Headless arrows = 15gp each
· Rune arrowheads = 320gp each (average after 100 purchased)
Therefore it costs 335gp to make 1 rune arrow. Making 1,000 will cost around 335,000Gp which means 65,000Gp profit in 20 minutes work! AMAZING!
Bows making chart (long bows):
Level 25 – 40 = 1,176 Oak Unstrung
Level 40 – 70 = 16,878 Willow Unstrung (CHEAPEST)
Level 70 – 85 = 16,807 Yew Strung
Arrows making chart (including shaft making + attaching feathers):
Level 1 – 15 = 7,307 Shafts (488 logs), 2,411 Headless Arrows
Level 15 – 30 = 2,860 Iron
Level 30 – 45 = 12,572 Iron, 7,607 Steel
Level 45 – 60 = 55,413 Iron, 33,528 Steel, 24,036 Mithril
Level 60 – 75 = 106,080 Mithril, 85,153 Adamantite
Level 75 – 85 = 136,545 Rune
Obviously Fletching is a great money mule for members!
Fishing/Cookingrunescape cheat
Again, a skill I haven’t been able to raise the best I wanted to, fishing (with cooking) is an excellent way to make a boatload of money! If you put in the time and effort to get to 76 Fishing and 80 Cooking, the rewards are GREAT!
Starting off, go to Draynor Village with a small net and fish shrimp there. You can either do this until level 5 and baitfish or continue till level 20 (along with anchovies at level 15) so that you can move straight to fly-fishing. Personally I fish with a net until fly fishing, but remember to keep ALL of the fish you catch! It is better to have a HIGHER cooking level than fishing level so you don’t burn as much, therefore you don’t lose as much money! The advantage of being in Draynor village is that you can cut a tree down, start a fire and cook the food as soon as you have caught the fish, then bank and fish some more.
Here’s a smart guide just for cooking for those of you with LOW COOKING levels. Also good for getting some feathers for fly fishing later:
· Go to the chicken pen near Lumbridge and kill chickens
· Collect feathers and fill inventory with raw chicken
· The farmer’s building inside the fenced area has a “cooking pot”
· Use the chicken on the pot, then “cook all” chicken
· After all have been cooked, drop the chickens and go kill more
I did this to get me to 20 cooking on my new account then bought raw trouts to get 40 cooking, and it is still 1 fishing, so as fishing rises, the cooking level will get higher and will burn less by the time I get to lobsters! This works well to maximise money you earn later AND gain fishing supplies for fly-fishing!
At level 20 F2P and P2P should move onto Barbarian Village to fly fish Trout. It is smart to bring a tinderbox and axe to cook the fish here straight after catching, and it is up to you whether you drop or bank. Personally I would drop trout as they don’t sell very easily and it is a fairly long walk to the bank (Edgeville). Continue fishing trout until level 30, when you can catch salmon with fly-fishing. You can catch a number of different fish using bait fishing but I personally find fly fishing all the way easier, without the hassle of buying more supplies like a rod and bait. At level 30 fishing you will catch a lot more trout than you will salmon, but keep cooking and dropping everything, as they are not worth selling in my opinion. Continue fly-fishing until level 60! YES, level 60.runescape cheat
At level 40 it is easy to say “Sweet time to catch lobsters” but it isn’t worth your time just yet! It takes a LONG time to fish lobsters at level 40, even up to level 50! Trout/salmon fishing is very fast XP, so if you’re looking to raise your fishing and cooking level a little higher before moving onto lobsters stay with fly-fishing. If you raised your cooking level using the method above for getting level 20 before fishing, and you have cooked everything you have caught since beginning fishing, on reaching level 20 fishing you should have around 61 – 62 cooking! This means you will burn a lot less lobsters! At level 60 fishing P2P can move on to Catherby and start catching lobsters, whilst F2P can go to Karamja and catch lobsters there. It is VERY hard for F2P to make money from lobsters without being dedicated, so it’s all up to you! P2P should keep fishing and cooking lobsters until they can catch sharks, of course! The fishing guild becomes available for P2P at level 68 fishing, or you can use a fishing pot to get in at level 65. Here there are a lot of places for fishing lobsters and sharks, along with a bank and a range, which makes fishing easy as well as enjoyable whilst talking to a number of other skilled fishers!
At level 76 fishing it is fairly slow fishing sharks so you can keep catching lobsters till 80 whilst raising your cooking to 80, remembering that you cannot cook the sharks until you reach 80 cooking! Once you are fishing and cooking sharks you’re on the road to riches, as these sell for up to 1,000gp each!
A great, fast way to raise your cooking is by buying raw lobsters. This is costly so don’t do it if you don’t have the money. It has the potential to make back the money spent depending on how much you payed for raw lobsters! A smart idea is to go to F2P and buying raw lobsters for 225gp – 250gp each then cook and sell for 250 ea on the forums. I always cook in Catherby but I think there are closers spots (to a bank), I am not positive though. I used this method to go from 60 – 72 cooking, and at around 72 cooking you stop burning lobsters! A good quest to complete is the Family Crest quest, which you can get cooking gauntlets from. The cooking gauntlets stop you from burning as much food, so these are a must have for sharks!
Fishing Guide:
Level 60 – 76 = 11,808 Lobsters
Level 76 – 80 = 7,219 Lobsters, 5,906 Sharks
Level 80 – 99 = 100,440 Sharks
Before level 60, if you follow my guide, you will catch a mix of salmon and trout so I cant post an exact amount for you, sorry!
Obviously cannot do a cooking guide as cooking is random unless your cooking level is great enough to avoid burning them at all. I’m not sure on the levels needed for each fish, so I’ll leave that out. Remember to cook everything you catch! You will need the levels!
Farming
Farming! YES FARMING! This is an absolutely amazing moneymaker, from using just ONE METHOD! Level 32 farming is required but I’m hoping you have the basic knowledge to get those few levels, so I wont be posting that here. Basically though, just plant some seeds with super compost and make sure you water and check regularly. But onto the awesome money side of farming!
RANARR FARMING:
At level 32 farming you have the ability to farm ranarr weeds! In my opinion this is one of the BEST ways of making money, whilst still being able to train other skills! To farm ranarr weeds you need super compost, a rake, a spade and ranarr seeds.
For the purpose of this guide I will keep the cost of ranarr seeds at 20,000gp each, and the cost of super compost as 1,000gp each. The selling price of ranarr weeds will be 6,500gp each.
Lets say we bought 100 Ranarr seeds = 2,000,000gp
And we bought 100 Super compost = 100,000gp
Therefore total cost = 2,100,000gp
Now, each ranarr seed, when using super compost, yields an average of 7 ranarr weeds per seed, so from planting 100 seeds we will yield approximately 700 ranarr weeds!
Selling these ranarr weeds at 6,500gp each will get you 4,550,000gp!
Profit = Revenue - Cost
Therefore profit = 4,550,000gp – 2,100,000gp = 2,450,000gp!
You can farm 100 ranarr seeds in a matter of a few days! On my account I got from level 1 – 32 farming in just over a day, and farmed 100 ranarr seeds in 3 days. This is amazing profit and the best part is you don’t even have to be there! The beauty of farming herbs is that you rake the patch, super compost it and plant the seed, then let it sit there for 75 minutes (including offline time) without the need to water it! This means whilst the herbs are growing you can go fish, woodcut, fletch or whatever you desire!
I personally use the Falador South/Draynor, Catherby and Ardougne patches for growing herbs, and fish at the fishing guild whilst waiting for the herbs to grow. It is advisable to check up on your herbs to make sure they do not become diseased, which can easily be cured by using plant cure purchasable from any farming NPC near the patches! Hopefully this proves to you that this is NOT a worthless skill!
Runecrafting runescape cheat
If you’re looking for the best way to make a lot of money then this skill is for you! I will show you three ways to raise your runecrafting, all with totally different styles and risks involved. Remember rune mysteries must be completed to runecraft!
METHOD 1 – Long and boring, but more profit
Method one is to buy all of your rune essence and craft it yourself, crafting the best rune you can when you can! This means running back and forth between the bank and the altar thousands of times rising it bit by bit! Sounds slow and boring? It is! But isn’t this the case with most skills when you are low levelled?
Personally I started on air runes and continued doing air runes until level 44! Below I will describe a method that made this MUCH easier for me to raise it quickly. Air runes are reasonably easy to sell compared with earth runes, fire runes and water runes as they are used in a large variety of spells.
At level 44 Runecrafting you can then make nature runes! I chose to skip making Chaos runes due to the danger of crafting them in the wilderness, so I will leave that out. You have two choices here defined in this method. Take all of your pure essence [noted] and go to the Karamja Jungle where the Nature Altar is, also taking with you a Nature talisman/tiara and some gold. You will then need to go to the general store (north-west of altar) and sell a “full load” (defined by the space in your inventory) of essence to the general store and buy it back in item form. This will cost a small amount to you, and is dangerous, as many people will try to steal the essence away from you, buying it before you get to! Boots of lightness come in handy as you must run to the general store and back to the nature altar a HUGE number of times! This is the longest and most boring way of runecrafting nature runes.
Once you achieve level 54 runecrafting you can craft law runes, well done! The altar is on Entrana and the talisman is a reward from the Troll Stronghold quest. You cannot take any armour or weapons to Entrana so keep this in mind before trying to go there from Port Sarim. Run back and forth from the Draynor bank to the Law Altar, and I’m sure that anyone who has ran for “Fast Free Laws on World 66 + 99” would know this route very well!
METHOD 2 – Way faster, costs more/less profitable
In method two you employ runners to work for you! This is not advisable unless your runecrafting is 33+ as that is when it starts to “break even” and you stop losing money for employing runners.
AIRS: Air runners are a potentially large business, especially if you are using a F2P world. You can offer two things: Cash payment or Air rune payment. Remember that the more runners who come to work for you, the faster you will gain XP, but the less profit you will make. For rich players the XP is usually the more desired of the two, and methods can be developed to retain some profit! Before choosing to use runners, search the Runescape forums for “Air Companies” that you may be eligible to join. A good idea is to offer 78 Air Runes per trip, which means that at level 33 Runecrafting you start making a decent amount of profit at a very fast rate!
NATURES: There are a number of nature crafting companies within the Runescape forums, or you can just start your own private company offering however much pay you want! Usual prices are between 9,000gp – 11,000gp per run. Obviously with high prices like these it is difficult to make a profit, so a lot of people choose to pay in Nature runes to runners, which may sometimes prove a better payment.
LAWS: There are a couple of very large law companies that offer “Laws for Ess” where crafters bring the original 26 essence [unnoted] and receive 26 law runes + 26 essence [noted]. Obviously this means you will be making no profit (it is actually a loss!) as a crafter but the XP is extremely fast, Worlds 66 + 99 being full at most times due to the large number of runners for the huge company operating there. Other companies also exist on a “No Return” basis where runners supply their own ess, which means you work at no profit but gain free XP!
As you can see, Method 2 does not bring a lot of money, and is mainly used as a way to gain XP quickly so that you can get to law runes or double natures!
METHOD 3 – Extremely fast, very risky but reaps rewards
Method 3 is of course crafting in the abyss. To do this you need to do the Mage of Zamarok mini-quest by talking to him around level 7 Wilderness above Edgeville. There are plenty of guides for doing that quest on fan sites so I’m not going into it here! Once the quest has been completed you can start crafting with the abyss! Remember to use as many pouches as you can at your level! It adds up, trust me!
The abyss is located in Level 7 Wilderness above Edgeville by choosing “Teleport” on the Mage of Zamarok.
To use the abyss I advise the following:
· Glory Amulet (as well as a 1 click teleport for those with safety concerns)
· Woodcutting Axe – any kind
· Low levels take cheap, light armour set like Green Dragonhide.
The armour is good as the abyss is a multi combat zone and you will get attacked by a swarm of abyssal monsters! There are a number of high-levelled monsters too, with the teleport spot being random, so watch out! You can get to the centre of the abyss by either going through the passage at the far north, or using one of the shortcuts around the circle. There is a number of each shortcut type, which requires different skills. By using a Woodcutting Axe you can chop through the tentacles, and then use thieving and agility to get through their respective shortcuts. Decent levels are required in these skills. Once inside the inner circle look for the portal with the picture of the rune you are trying to craft flashing inside the black area. You will know what I mean when you get there! Simply click on this portal to be transported there without the need of a tiara or talisman! Use the essence with the altar; empty the pouches then use the essence with the altar again. Un-equip your Glory Amulet and teleport to Edgeville, bank the runes and withdraw essence (filling pouches) then start the process again! This is the fastest way to craft runes, and also only involves the cost of rune essence (plus one time glory purchase)! It is advisable, if you have the money, to buy 10+ glory amulets so you only need to go charge them every 40 trips, which is just over 1,000 nature runes without pouches.
Please keep in mind that the abyss skulls you and drops prayer to 0, therefore when you are in the Wilderness you can be PK-ed by the dirty, filthy people that kill for the want of one glory amulet! L Just keep this in mind when selecting a world to craft on, as less crowded worlds is generally safer to craft on. If you see a team of PK-ers 7-10 levels lower or higher than you, DON’T use this world. It is too risky! Change worlds without a second thought; don’t try to outsmart them by being sneaky, as you will die a number of times.
Runecrafting Guide:
Level 1 – 44 = 11,130 Essence (Air)
Level 44 – 54 = 19,045 Essence (Air), 10,581 Essence (Nature)
Level 54 – 91 = 639,107 Essence (Nature), 605,470 Essence (Law)
As you can see, Runecrafting takes a lot of time and patience, but the money you gain is amazing. At current prices of around 90gp/pure essence, Runecrafters still make 210gp profit PER essence! At level 91 Runecrafting, crafters make 510gp profit PER essence! WOW! This is another skill that doesn’t require a high level to make high levels of money (44 Runecrafting ISN’T a high level people)!
Merchanting
So here it is, the core topic of most people’s guides but I will only cover it slightly! This is because the ‘secrets’ of merchanting aren’t really secrets, as everyone already knows them!
Firstly, merchanting is simply buying something cheap and selling it for more. This does not always mean on mass scale (like 100K willow logs) and is often LESS dangerous when doing one or two items such as a Whip, or a Barrows set.
For the following items I advise buying them for around 50,000gp – 100,000gp less than the normal market price (you need to check current price on forums) and selling for either the same price or slightly higher, but not to high that you drive away potential customers.
· Whips
· Barrows Sets
· Rare items – Santa Hats, Halloween Masks etc
Also remember that investing in “rares” for the future will gain you a HUGE amount of profit. Just look at how much prices have jumped in the last few months!
Other good items for merchanting on mass scales are Yew logs, Pure Essence (hard), Dragon/Cow hides, Dragon bones and Super Sets or Potion Potions.
Super Sets and Potion Potions:
These are a great way of making profit as many people buy these sets for PK-ing or fighting monsters such as Barrows. Buying Prayer (3) potions is easier to merchant than Prayer (4) potions.
Prayer potion (3)’s can be bought on member worlds for 6,500gp each, then sold on the forums at 7,000gp each. This is an easy profit of 500gp per unit.
Super set merchanting involves buying the three potions, Attack Strength and Defence, separately, then selling them as a set for 9,000gp – 10,000gp per set. The idea is to buy the potions separately at a total cost of less than 9,000gp per set. Here is a price guide for buying the potions for super sets (remember all potions are three dose).
· Super Attack Potion – 1,000gp each
· Super Defence Potion – 3,000gp each
· Super Strength Potion – 2,000gp each
I am unsure on current prices (check them on forums), but try these for a start in crowded places like World 2 Falador or Seers. Once you have a decent number of each (try to keep each amount even) go to the forums and post “Selling Super Sets – X Amount Each”, replacing the ‘X’ with however much you are charging per set!
GOLDEN RULES OF MERCHANTING
· Never EVER use up all of your money buying items to merchant, as the item may become hard to sell and you are stuck with no back up money if you desperately need it.
· Watch for scammers! If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is!
· Check the forum rises/drops in prices regularly; you don’t want to be paying more for items than they are worth or offering too little!
· If you want fast clearance but a little less profit I advise you keep your prices competitive and dominate the market! For example when Construction came out I merchanted Oak Logs, and when everyone was selling for 90gp – 100gp a log, I was selling at 80gp each. I bought and sold over 200,000 oak logs in less than two hours, still making 30gp profit per log!
· NEVER lower your prices to the BUYERS price. Always keep your prices where you want them (within reason of course) and buyers will eventually come around, even if it takes a little longer. Be firm, but not rude. You are a business man so present this image well for fast transactions!
That’s about all I am going to write for merchanting. It is becoming an increasingly hard method to use due to the huge number of people doing it. A good time to merchant is when there are a moderate number of people online. Too many equals more competition, too little equals no buyers!

Runescape Quest Help Guides
Runescape Quest Help Guides - Your Runescape Quests Help Guide
Runescape quests are one of the more interesting and enjoyable aspects of Runescape, they keep the game interesting and there is usually a nice little reward at the end whether it be, Runescape gold, items or experience - but let’s face it, who doesn’t at some point or another get to the point in a quest where we could use some help with a Runescape quest in the form of a Runescape quest walkthrough. So I have tried to quickly compile a little review of one of my favorite Runescape quest help sites that has loads of guides and walkthroughs that help you “cheat” just a little bit when you get stuck. Which Quest Help site am I talking about; Runescapecoin.com.
Runescape Tower Quest Walkthroughs & Help Guides
There are a number of runescape quest walkthrough sites out there that offer quest help, whether it be, rune hq, tip it, sals Runescape realm, or an assortment of others, but my favorite is the lesser known Runescapecoin.com. Why? Well I personally like it for no other reason than usually their picture are better and they take their time to add a fair few of them to help explain things. I mean amongst all the sites that offer quest guides it’s nice to see them go that little bit extra.
Other Fansites Offering Runescape Quests Help
Whilst my pick of quest guide sites may be runescape money that is not to say that the other sites out there offering quest help guides are inadequate, it’s quite the opposite actually all the major sites like rune hq, tip it, sals runescape gold realm etc all have wonderful guides as well, and if you are planning to doing a recently released quest then your safer bet would be to visit these sites first as they normally have walkthrough guides up within days of the quest’s release if not hours.
So whilst quests are probably one of the best things about Runescape we all at some point or another need some help with our Runescape quests, but picking the right site to help you also matters. So if you haven’t already taken the chance to use Runescapecoin.com for your quest help needs I highly recommend them.

How to make Runescape money in the wilderness
The wilderness, also called the wild, in the game runescape gold might not be the safest place to be, but is a great place to earn easy gold points. Just for you to know, you will not always make gold points in the wild but when you do, it will be usually in big amounts if you use this guide wisely and accurately or sometimes small amounts to when you first start out doing this. This guide will help you by showing you a few possible ways that can help you earn gold points in the wild and once you can master these tips, you can be sure that you will be starting off good when making gold points in the wild. It won’t be easy on the first try, but you will eventually become better because it’s not very hard to do. Also, this guide will be talking about the Varrock wilderness so please do not get the other wilds mixed up.[runescape gold ]
You should be in a world which has a lot of members in it. It doesn’t have to be a crowded world but it should have a good amount of members in there. The more members that are in the world, the greater your chances of more people actually going to be at the wild and the more you will possibly earn. When entering the wild, you should look and see what people are in there so you can be familiar with what kind of members and levels that are around you so that they just do not come up and kill you without you not knowing that they were there. Each tip which will be listed below will have a few things that you must watch out for when entering the wild or while being in the wild.
Picking Up Items:This is the main way and the easiest way to earn but it’s not always going to be the best way to earn a lot of gold points quicker. You have to be aware that these items that are usually on the ground are not always worth a lot. You should always pick up all the items that you believe are worthy to sell and all arrows that you see. The better the arrows, the more value they are. So, say you found three mithril arrows on the floor, that’s around 120 GP you can get for these arrows. This is not a lot but if you stay in the wild for about thirty minutes, then you will be able to pick up many arrows in a crowded wild and earn a lot more than that. Once done, the best place is to go to the Archery shop and sell all the arrows you’ve collected and to the general store to sell all the other items in the general store. If you had found any expensive items in the wild, then you should not sell in the general store. You can loose a good amount of gold points if you do. Instead, I would recommend you to sell your items to other members for the full value, that way you do not loose much. Make sure to look around you for any one around the same level as you so that they do not run up and attack you and do not go too far in the wild. Usually the front entrance is the best place to find a lot of people standing all together so you can find a lot of arrows there.[runescape gold]
Attacking Members:This is usually the main reason why anyone would go to the wild, but it’s also a great opportunity to earn some good amount of gold points because if you end up killing your opponent, then you can get everything that they are wielding and carrying around except for three random items that they get to keep. Obviously you do not want to have a 50/50 chance of winning or loosing against your opponent when at the wild so the best thing you would have to do is make sure that your mage level is high enough to be able to teleport to Varrock first and then bring in enough runes to teleport in case you may need them. If you find that you are about to die in the wild and you are really far away, that you can’t run away then you would use teleportation to teleport to Varrock because this is the closest place that you can teleport that’s next to the wild. So this would guarantee you that you go into the wild and come out safely but you must take some precautions because it’s not always easy to spot when you are getting attacked when your in a crowded area, especially in the wild. To summarize all this, bring enough runes to teleport and enough food but do not full up your inventory. Not filling up your inventory, will help you be able to pick up many items that you find on the ground and to pick up items that you have won from fighting other members when you win.[runescape gold]
These two tips will help you earn a good amount Runescape gold points in the wild. It has been proven by many members and also I, that you can get a lot of gold points by doing this. I’ve earned tons of gold points and even rune armour too! Yes, the rune armour is one of the best armour that you can wear and you can sell it for a lot. One of the rune items that I had got in the wild is a rune schimitar which I had sold for 25,000 gold! That’s a lot of gold points just for staying in the wild for awhile. Once you are completed with having your inventory full, simply take all the items to the bank or the stores to go sell all of the items and get all your gold points that you’ve earned! The Easiest Runescape Money Making Guide
This Guide just glad to improve your account, If you can Get really Cheap Runescape Gold, We suggest to igsky.com, or Runescapecoin.com, Enjoy Game!
A simple and easy to understand money making guide on the famous MMORPG, Runescape. Worth reading if you want your hands on that last piece of armor. 0gp - 45k gp :Okay, here is how you start and don’t bother killing goblins an stuff if you are low lvl to make your money. This is the simplest trick but do require a bit of patience. Head over to barbarian village in world 1 or 3. But try and avoid the barbarians unless if you are a higher lvl than them since they are aggressive to lower lvl people. There is a fishing spot to the east of Barbarian Village just over the bridge that takes you to Varrock.
People fly-fish cooked or raw trout and salmon over there and often give them away for free since they are lvlin their fishing or cooking. Your job is to bank as many as you can. Bank them at the Edgeville bank north of Barbarian village. Not a far walk, about 30seconds or so. Get about 400 cooked trout and 200 cooked salmon. Each cooked trout should sell for around 70gp and each cooked salmon should be around 80gp and if you are lucky enough some people buy for 100gp ea in. Sell them in Varrock or Edgeville bank. This should leave you with around 45k.
45k gp - 100k gp :Okay, now head over to Fallador in world 1 o 3. People sell coal here and you can attract a lot of people with coal you sell or buy. Buy as many coal ore as you can for around 140gp-150gpea. That’s what I did. And then sell them for around 180gp-200gpea. Suppose you bought 293 coal ore for 150gp ea with 44k and then sold them for 190gp ea , that’s is a whole 11,670gp profit! Keep doing this until you get 100k. 100k gp - *k gp:Now since you have 100k, here is when the big money comes in. IT TAKE BIG MONEY TO MAKE BIGGER MONEY. Remember that. Stick to coal since that is one of the best way to make money WITHOUT going around places. Do the something as I said in making 45k-100k above. Why? Here is why. If you have 100k and bought coal for 150p ea and sold them for 190gpea, that’s a whole 26k profit you get there! Ain’t sound much? Well the more money you have, the bigger your profit is.
Or if you are getting bored of coal, you can do the same thing on yew logs buy them for 250gp ea and sell them for 300gp ea. Iron ore, buy for 80gp ea and sell for 100gp ea. Lobsters, buy for 200gp ea rarely and se for 250gpea. But I recommend coal since you make the most profit out of it. If you are bored of standing in one place you could try some of the options below. Fishing + Cooking :This is one good skill you can use to make money with. The big runescape money starts pouring in when you a fishing lvl of 40 or above. Why? Because you can fish lobsters that sell for 200-250gpea raw or cooked. If you are a non-member, you have to catch the boat all the way to Karamja. That is a long way but worth it. If you are a member I have no idea. Mining :Okay, the is one of the, THE best skills to make money. You can make your money from lvl 15 all the way up. Lvl 15 you can mine iron ore which sell for 100gp ea, lvl 30coal ore which sell for 150-200gp ea. But if you want to make quicker money, you GOTTA get it to lvl 60. That’s when you can et into the mining guild through a short cut from Fallador. There are some 34 coal ore and 5 mithril ore. Mith ore sells from 350gp-500gp. Adamant ores sell for 1k-1.2k ea and rune ores ell for 10k-12k ea! Woodcutting :This to is a good skill to make money. Even at a low lvl. Normal logs sell for 15gp ea, oak logs sell for 20-30gp ea. Willows I’m not sure but around 50gp ea? Then at lvl 60, you can woodcut yews which members buy from 300gp ea! Sell normal, oak, willow at Draynor Village bank runescape gold. Yews at Varrock. Smithing :Smithing is a good skill to again….Steel bars sell from 500gp-600gp ea. But lvling smithing is pretty hard because you have to mine the coal to bank and the other ore which you need to make you kind of armour or weapon which takes a long time and patience if you are a non-member. Again I’m not sure about member.

PKing/Wilderness Guide
OK, so I'm sort of new on sythe, and this is my first guide here. I've made some other guides about runescape gold for my friends, and they really thought they were awesome. With no further ado, I present to you my pking guide! Da Daaaaaaa!Table of Contents:I. Introduction on wildernessII. Types of pkersIII. Combat triangleIV. Places to pkV. Strategies of pkingVI. Teams or clansVII. ClosingI. The wilderness, usually called the wildy. A place where people and things smash with maces, slash with swords, blast with spells, and shoot arrows at each other. What a peaceful enviorment it is... You can even make it more chaotic by joining the fray, yourself. Hundreds of thousands of gp(in items) are lost there everyday. You might even have gotten some of that cash also.II. TYpes of pkers- As in real life, people in the wildy are different from each other. There are different fighting styles and strategies of pking. I'll be using the word "pure" in many of the next sentences, so a pure is a person who trains 2 or 3 main combat skills. There are quite a few types of pures. There are attack pures, strength pures, defense pures, mage pures, range pures, and even somtimes prayer pures. A typical attack pure would have these skills:60+ attack, 40-50 strength, 1-20 defense. That guy could hit very often, and sometimes quite powerfully. Plus, if the person had a 20 defense, he would be somewhat hard to hit on.Strength pure- 60+ strength, 40 attack, 1-10 defense. He could hit some scary high numbers with a rune 2h, or even a rune schimmy. Defense would be his or her only weakness, but their hard-hitting strength would keep the opponent eating for his life. These pures can be VERY dangerous, and can easily 3 hit KO you with their rune 2h. When strength potted, they're even more dangerous.Defense pure- 50+ defense, 30-40 attack, 20-40 strength. These types of pures aren't seen very often in the wildy. I'm not sure why people really even make them. I mean, you won't hit very often, when you do hit the hits would be very low, and people will call you a def noob. Although, you could make one of these for collecting the runes on the floor inside the dark knight's fortress. Lol. you could beat the warriors up while they can't hit you.Prayer pure- 40 attack, 40-50 strength, ? defense, 40+ prayer. These pures are known as prayer beasts. You don't usually hear prayer pure too much. Their combat skills aren't incredibly good, but they use their prayer to boost their stats and protect themselves.Mage pure- 50+ mage, 1 attack, 1 strength, 1 defense. These mage pures are extremely powerful and helpful when in a team with others. Alone, they're ok, but others hit high damage on them, forcing them to eat more than shoot spells. They have the all mighty spell bind, which keeps your opponent frozen for 5 seconds, while you or your team bashes him up. They hit up to a 15 with fire blast, so be aware.Range pure- 40+ range, 1 attack, 1 strength, 1-40 defense. These guys can shoot very fast, and can hit high with addy arrows. The defense levels are for the different types of ranging armor. It's very good to have a ranger on your team, because if your opponent is on the run, he can get shot at.The impure- These people's skills don't vary too much. Their stats could be 40 attack, 40 defense, and 40 strength, or somewhere close to each other. These guys aren't that special.Hybrid- These people can be even more dangerous that any pure, so watch out. They usually have a 40 range, at least 40 mage, at least 40 defense, at least 40 attack and 40 strength. They can take on almost anybody runescape gold.
If your opponent is running away, mage or range him. If he is too fast, bind then melee. They have all around stats.III. The combat triangle- In runescape, there are three main types of pkers. Mages, rangers, and warriors. The "rules" say that one has an advantage over another. Mages hunt warriors, warriors hunt rangers, and rangers hunt mages. If course it is very possible that all of those can be switched around, My warrior has killed a few mages, I've seen mages kill rangers, and so on.IV. Places to pk- Anyone can wander the wildy looking for a kill or two. But, there are certain "assigned" and populated spots for pking. One spot, would be level 1 wilderness by varrock and edgeville. If you have a team, that doesn't want to go deep, varrock is the place to go. It is multi-combat, so all of your team members can 0wn others.Hillz- I'm sort of a noob because i just figured out what this meant a month ago. (I've been playing for almost 5 years) This is a place where hill giantss roam around, and is where large teams gather to take on other teams or people wandering by. Approach this spot slowly, for you may have to run.Dark knight's fortress- This is a pretty high-risk spot for pking, especially if you're level 30-40, and 70-80. Usually mid-levels and high levels gather here to stalk their prey. The place is a fortress, so be careful not to get trapped. I've bsed (backstabbed) soooo many people here it's not even funny. Half of this place is multi-combat, and half isn't. There is also a rune spawn inside here, so watch out for any good low level kills. They will drop almost all of the runes they collected. Just be sneaky.Greater demons/rune ore- These places are so risky to go to, it's scary. Especially the greater demons. Extremely high levels hang out there.(90-110) waiting for a little level 70 to come walking along, and wham! They're dead. The spot is at level 46 wilderness, so be very careful!V. Strategies for pking- Of course you wouldn't go around attacking everyone like crazy, and getting 0wned and start crying. Just kiddin. Here is some stuff you should know before going into the wildy.Always bring food- This is an obvious one. It's the one thing that keeps you alive when fighting. Get some food that heals 15 or 1/4 of your health. And, don't be a safer. A safer is a person who eats the second they lose health. Your food will run out quickly, and chances are, you'll die.Approach pking spots slowly, with run on.runescape gold
This means taking short running steps ahead, just to check if there are any dangers at the spot. If you see someone running at you, and they're stronger than you, get out!!!!Don't attack someone first, let them attack you. This means they will get a skull, and if they die, you will get all their stuff. And if you die and have no skull, you keep three items.VI. Teams or clans- Being in a team or clan helps your chance of getting kills greatly. Sometimes you will see people recruiting clan members near varrok wildy. Be careful!! sometimes they could be plotting to bs you. That means they will turn around and kill you when deep in wildy. If you're a member, you can use the forums to look for teams and clans.VII. Alright, I hope you liked my guide about pking and the wilderness, and I wish you luck on getting kills. Please rate my guide ?/10. Putting comments would be helpful also. Thanks.runescape gold

Utilizing The Bank In The Runescape World
In runescape gold there will come a point where the importance of banking and storing items instead of leaving them on your inventory backpack will be appreciated. The bank box is usually provided in areas where the icons are indicated so that a player may make a withdrawal or deposit in terms of gold and items on hand. The bank is the safest place to store items which may evidently get lost should a player be killed anywhere in the world of Runescape.
There are players who do not value the presence of a bank account box assigned to them. For one, beginners will have a hard time finding out where the nearest banking place would be in runescape gold as they are usually going around in most places, looking for adventure and things to do. Exploring the world in the early parts of the game and interacting and checking out places and the other characters would be among the immediate tasks that people would usually be tasked to do.
Once a player dies, most items would be lost. Resources, weapons and other acquired items through purchases or trade would be lost in such instances since they go with the dead body of the player wherever they may be. After being killed in the game however, a player is restored to a starting point like towns where he will have to re-purchase the lost items and collect again most of the items he lost.
The matter of security is also another issue for accounts when bank accounts are accessed. This is why it has been spread that no player should reveal his username and password to players or fake administrators who try to teach them some in-game techniques and secrets, much of which are scams. Such a practice is rampant in Runescape, and hence the continuous reminders by runescape gold and its administrators to be aware of such pranks which could be done to them at any time.
It is recommended to store the special items that will not be of use to a player in their banks. Losing them may be something that a player would regret and dampen morale and spirits when playing the game. Such would only be natural considering that saving all items for the proper moment in the game will be lost once players fail to realize the value of such.runescape gold
Such issues have their own impact on the players. Some would evidently just leave these items in their bank accounts, while for others, it is better to use them than not to have used them at all. For the latter, the risk is higher since he would not know what lies ahead on his journey. Whatever the case, it would all depend on how valuable such items would be and their use as well when it comes to storing them in the bank box or just having them handy in their inventory pack in runescape gold.

Rune Crafting You
Rune CraftingYou must do the Rune Mysteries Quest before you can use the Rune Crafting skill.Step 1: Mine Rune EscenceRune Escence is very easy to mine. Simply empty your inventory, equip a pick axe, and talk to a character that can teleport you to the Rune Escence. The best spot is probably the Wizard's Guild. If you can't get in there, talk to Aubury in the Rune Shop, he's also very close to a bank. Once you arrive at and start mining Rune Escence you will continue mining it until you are out of inventory space or interrupt the process by moving. Use one of the several magic portals to go back to whoever teleported you to the escence.Step 2: Get TalismansAs explained in the quest, Talismans locate and allow entry to the temples which contain alters used to turn escence into runes. You should have an air talisman from the quest already. Here are some monsters that you can usually get Talismans from.TypeMonstersMindImpWaterWizardEarthAl Kharid Warrior, Man, WomanFireDark WizardBodyGuardCosmicLesser DemonNatureMen (Werewolf)LawTroll Stronghold QuestStep 3: Locate Temples and Make RunesTaking your newly acquired Talisman, load the rest of your inventory with Escence. Now right-click the Talisman and select the 'Locate' option. You will then be given a direction that the Talisman 'pulls' you. Move that way and continue using the 'Locate' option until you find some 'Mysterious Ruins'. runescape gold Which look like boulders and a sort of alter that do not appear on the minimap. Use the Talisman with the ruins to be teleported to the rune Temples. Now simply click on the alter to turn all your escence into that kind of rune. Like at the Escence, you just enter a portal to leave the temple and return to the (formally) Mysterious Ruins.Remember that there are several temples in RuneScape. If you think you've found the ruins but using the Talisman with them doesn't take you to the temple, you've stumbled across another set of ruins between you and the temple the Talisman is affilated with. You'll have to go around and continue your search. Also, as your level in Rune Crafting increases, you will begin to get more runes per escence. You do not get more experience points per escence, only more runes.InformationRune TypeLevel to CraftExperienceTemple runescape gold LocationNearest BankAir15South West of Falador's South gate.Falador East Bank.Mind2~5.5North East of Falador, on the montain. Its probably a good idea to go ahead and mine 700-1000 Escence when starting the skill. That much Escence will get you above level 20, which means you will be able to make all Element runes. Crafting Fire runes might be fastest after that, they're in more spells than body runes and are probably closer to banks. Also its much closer to Varrock and Aubury.

Runescape Slayer Guide
Runescape Slayer Guide(runescape gold)
The Slayer skill gives you the ability to kill enemies that would otherwise be unharmed by your attacks, by using Slayer equipment and your experience in the skill. You can begin the Slayer skill at any time by speaking to any of the 5 Slayer Masters, located in different parts of the RuneScape world:
Turael - East of the bar in Burthorpe.
Mazchna - In the northeast corner of Canifis.
Vannaka - In the Edgeville Dungeon, east of the Wilderness gate.
Chaeldar - South of the entrance to the Lost City of Zanaris.
Duradel - Above the fishing shop in Shilo Village.(runescape gold)
If you’re having trouble finding a Slayer Master, just look for the Slayer Icon on your map. It would also be wise to start off with the Slayer Master in Burthorpe, as he generally gives easier tasks than the others.
Training Slayer
To train your Slayer skill, you first need to get an assignment from one of the Slayer Masters as described above. They will tell you to kill a certain amount (no more than 200) of a kind of monster, and once you’ve defeated the required amount you can go back to your Slayer Master and get another assignment.
While on an assignment, you’ll receive experience only for defeating the type of monster that has been assigned to you. Killing other monsters that have not been assigned to you will not get you any Slayer experience. The amount of experience you receive from each kill is the same as the number of hitpoints the monster has. If two players attack the same monster, one causing the most damage and the other stiking the final blow, the experience will be split in half between each player.(runescape gold)
Some Slayer monsters also require you to use a weapon or other item to defend against their attacks. Be sure to bring this item with you at all times during the assignment, and don’t attack Slayer monsters without the appropriate things or you may become overwhelmed and killed.
Slayer monsters drop many unique items that can only be obtained by killing them. These items include Black and White Mystic Robes, Armored Boots, Granite Maul, and the Abyssal Whip, as well as Clue Scrolls for Treasure Trails and assorted herbs.
Alternate Monsters
Sometimes your Slayer Master may be a bit vague as to the type of monster that he wants you to kill. He may generalize and say “Kalphites” or “Dragons,” which means that you can kill any monster of that type. runescape
Kalphites - Kalphite Workers or Soldiers.
Dragons - Baby Blue or Red Dragons.
Wolves - White Wolf Mountain Wolves.
Shades - Various Shades found in Mort’ton.
The Enchanted Gem
In Slayer there is a lot of equipment available (details below), but none more necessary than the Enchanted Gem. The Enchanted Gem will enable you to contact the most matched slayer master to your combat level (Vannaka to those below combat level 70, Chaeldar to those between combat level 70 and 100 and Duradel from combat level 100+).
Once you activate the enchanted gem you have the following options
The two most important options are “How am I doing so far?” which will tell you which monster you are killing, and how many you have left to kill of it such as “You’re currently assigned to kill Cockatrice, only 85 more to go.” The other important option is “Got any tips for me?” Then your slayer master will tell you advice such as “Werewolves are feral creatures, they are strong and tough with sharp claws and teeth”(runescape gold)
The other two options “Who are you?” and “Where are you?” are simple questions which let you find out who your slayer master is (not just the name) and where to find him or her to get tasks from them.
Changing Assignments
If you think that a certain assignment is too tough or too boring, you have the ability to change it for another random assignment. At the Burthorpe Slayer Master (Turael), you can change it by asking for a new one. However, there are two snags:
You cannot change Slayer assignments given by Turael.
You cannot change an assignment by another master if the current monster assignment is assigned from Turael’s list. And so on,we sell runescape gold, runescape items and runescape money, cheap runescape gold, runescape items and runescape money.
Runescape Book Guides: Would You Buy One?
The best thing to describe this is how addicted are people with Runescape and up to what extent would they shelve out as far as real money is involved to gain full satisfaction and fulfillment? Runescape, this massive multiplayer game that has over a million players addicted to it that a day cannot pass by without them logging on to the servers, regardless if this is free or for members only.runescape gold
Such a scenario is only normal. Considering that players have made Runescape a part of their lives as of late, it is nor surprising to note why people would resort to as far as actually paying and shelving out cash for items, guides and other enhancements that would help them enjoy the game all the more. Actually, there are people who have gone as far as making businesses for Runescape guides, cheats, codes and hacks. This sums up that Runescape is really more than just an online game, it is a virtual world that has technically become a part of a person’s life. runescape money
People who have not tried out Runescape would share mixed reactions. Common responses would be “It is just a game, so why do people have to go as far as paying money for it?” Such reactions would be gathered from people who are not totally aware of how and why such online games are being groomed as the next boom that the Internet would be known for.
The whole this is really normal as far as reactions are concerned for the fact that most people are not too technically inclined and interested in such technological breakthroughs. Runescape is just one of the many breakthroughs but seriously, there have been already quite a number of them to date.
Serious Runescape players, who tend to forget the difference between reality and game play, will go at anything to be one step ahead or be among the people who are at their peak levels in the game. For some, money does not have any value as long as they get what they want. Money is the answer to most, but for the conservative players who still have some form of sanity inside of them, they would rather work their way in the natural course of the game.runescape gold
So it all boils down to how much such Runescape guides and items would cost these people who want to be among the prestigious players of the Runescape world. Some Runescape guides like the “Runescape Rags to Riches Guide” will go for as far as $9.95. For some this amount would be manageable, but not all Runescape players are financially able to buy one. Technically, the people who look for such items to buy would be the adults and yuppies. For them, such an amount would be worth it. But for the younger players, waiting and playing patiently Runescape is the safer and only route for them to attain their target status and level.runescape money
MapleStory Tips For Beginners
Introduction
----------------------------
This is a general FAQ to help you settle into the Maple Story world. It
answers alot of FAQs that newbies are always asking in the game. And it
contains explanations and tips on things you'll need to know for lv 1-20
I played Maple Story for about 5 months, but I've quit because I'm so busy
with uni work and other commitments. I had a lot of fun and this guide
should still be relevant for quite some time. I hope you find it useful.

0. GET THE RIGHT START
============================
To get the right start you have to think ahead, decide which job you will
take before creating your character. To make this FAQ compact, job
descriptions are not included. Refer to the official Maple Story website
for job information and skills. (http://www.maple-story-mesos.com)
Warriors will level fast as Beginners, but in later levels (15-27 approx)
Warriors level up slower than other jobs.
Thieves will level normally as Beginners, but in later levels (15-27 approx)
Thieves level-up slower than other jobs (unless they have good stars).
Bowmen will level normally as Beginners.
Magicians will level slowly as Beginners, but after becoming a Magician
and learning a few skills (claw lv 9 for example) they will level quite
fast. Magicians are quite powerful in the first and most of the second job,
however in the third job, I've heard that the other classes are stronger
============================
1. YOUR CHARACTER
============================
For each account, three characters can be made in each server. These
characters share a common storage (or bank). And so items and mesos (money)
can be safely transferred from character to character, if the characters
are in the same server.
Each server has the same maps and monsters, but sometimes they have
different events (Check the website for notices). Unfortunately a character
created in one server cannot exist in another server. However each server
usually has 20 Channels each, and your character can easily switch from
channel to channel within the same server.
If you want to delete a character, you have to remember the birthday that
you put in you sign-up. To change your password, you need your last name.
How Do You Make A Girl Char?
----------------------------
Your character will be the same gender as what you put in your sign-up. It
can't be changed.
----------------------------
1.1 Statistics
----------------------------
!!! TIP - It is important to know which stats to increase. Otherwise, you
may find that you don't have the required statistics to wear your armour or
weapons in the HIGHER LEVELS. I made this mistake and wasn't able to wear
my proper armour at level 20 because I didn't have enough STR as a Warrior.
And at level 30 I didn't have enough LUK as a Bandit to wear my dagger.
Which Stats For Job Advancement?
----------------------------
Warrior level 10 | 35 STR
Thief level 10 | 25 DEX
Bowman level 10 | 25 DEX
Magician level 8 | 20 INT
Which Stats For Later?
----------------------------
Warrior STR and DEX (more STR)
Thief LUK and DEX (more LUK) **
Bowman DEX and STR (much more DEX)
Magician INT and LUK (much more INT)
Each job only needs to apply Ability Points (AP) to only two types of
Abilities as shown above. For example, if you are a Warrior, don't place
any AP into LUK or INT.
Magicians, if you keep missing monsters, do not put any AP into DEX,put
it into INT to increase your accuracy.
** Thieves do not need strength, unless they are STR Bandits. LUK Bandits
use daggers that require no STR, while STR Bandits use daggers that require
a small amount of STR. If you are unsure, you can put 10 points into STR by
level 20 and see if you like being a STR Bandit.
AP can also be used to increase HP and MP. I suggest not doing this. HP and
MP will increase with every level-up without you adding AP to it.
Rolling The Stats Die
----------------------------
!!! TIP - Before creating your character, make sure it has good stats. If
it hasn't got stats that you are pleased with, you can click on the red die
to get new stats.
Good stats would have 4 or 5 in the abilities that your job doesn't need.
But if you can't get good stats, it's OK. But since you can roll the die as
many times as you like, you may as well try a few times.

bottom centre of your screen to see what has
been said more clearly
Healing Find a safe place and stand still for awhile
Recovering MP MP regenerates automatically.

For more controls click on your Key Settings at the bottom right of screen.
My favourite control is F5.
----------------------------
2.2 First Few Steps
----------------------------
In the first screen, you will see two Non-Player Characters (NPCs).
Talk to Heena, she will explain BASIC MOVEMENT. She will ask you to
do something, say YES.
This is a quest, you don't have to complete it, but if you do, you will
be rewarded. In this case, the reward will be 1 experience point. It
never hurts to say YES to a quest so always say YES.
If you accepted the quest, don't press up at the portal (the place with the
glowing light from the ground). Talk to Sera, she will give you a mirror.
Then go talk to Heena, she will take you to the next screen/map.
In the 2nd screen, a creepy looking guy called Roger will take away some of
your health! Press I to open your Inventory, click the USE tab, then
double-click the Apple. Talk to Roger again, he'll give you 3 Red Potions.
You can HotKey the potions by dragging them from your Inventory into one of
your Quick Slot keys (bottom right corner of your screen).
In the 3rd screen there's another simple quest. In the 4th screen talk to
Peter, he'll give you some experience.
Where Did You Get That Hat?
----------------------------
Soon you will see Maria, she'll give you an easy quest, if you complete
her quest she'll give you a hat (a bandana or skullcap).
Where Did You Get That Weapon?
----------------------------
Talk to Biggs in South Perry, You'll need 30 Blue Snail Shells and 10
Orange Mushroom Caps. If you complete this quest, you will receive a lv 5
Razor, or a lv 8 Fruits Dagger.
For Orange Mushroom Caps, go to the map to the right side of Amherst. At the
top centre of this map you will be able to kill the Orange Mushrooms easily
by standing on the centre platform, where you can attack the Mushrooms
without being hit by them. Magicians can skip this quest if it is too hard.
----------------------------
2.3 Items
----------------------------
Pick up everything especially mesos, ores, potions, armor and weapons. Items
such as Snail Shells, Mushroom Spores and Mushroom Caps can be sold to any
store for mesos. Arrows are worth 0 mesos to stores, so you may as well pick
them up and give them to an archer later when you reach Victoria Island.
What Are Ores For?
----------------------------
Ores are used in creating Jewels or metal Plates, which are used to create
items later in the game. Keep all the ores you find and talk to the NPCs in
Victoria Island to find out which ores you will need later to make items.
All other ores you may either keep or sell to other players.
Picking Up Items
----------------------------
!!! When you kill a monster, YOU are the only person who can pick up the
items that the monster drops after it dies. If you don't pick up the items
after about 10 seconds, ANYBODY may pick up the items. And if you drop an
item from your Inventory, anybody can pick it up and you shouldn't expect
to get it back.
When two or more people help kill a monster, usually the person who killed
it the most is allowed to pick up the items. The other person won't be able
to pick up the item unless it has been left there for about 10 seconds.
Looting
----------------------------
When you see someone busily killing monsters and not picking up their items
for a long time, after about 10 seconds, anyone can pick up those items,
looting is when someone else picks up those items.
Looting is ok when a person is only interested in gaining exp. and not
money. If you never see them picking up items, even after you have picked
up a few of their items, then there is no problem. If you start picking up
some items and the person killing, also begins picking up the items, then
you should stop, and let them get their items.
Once, a Beginner accused me of looting from her when she helped me kill a
monster. I didn't loot from her, the item belonged to me. If she had killed
the monster completely, then I wouldn't have been able to pick up the item
so soon after the monster died, if the item had belonged to her... NOOB
How Much Are Screws? (as of July 2005)
----------------------------
These prices are from what I have seen in Scania, they are the usual amount
other players in Victoria Island are willing to pay for these items.
NOTE: The prices may change.
Ores 1k (1000 mesos).
Steel Ores 1k, sometimes 1.5k or 2k.
Diamond Ores 7k sometimes 3k sometimes 10k
Gold Ores 10k
Black Crystal Ores (BC) 13k sometimes 15k
Screws 1.5 - 2k each
Leather 150 - 200 mesos each
Item Library
----------------------------
The Item Library on the official websites don't really cut it. For a
detailed item, monster, quest and map library, visit www.hidden-street.net
----------------------------
2.4 Hunting
----------------------------
Beginners that plan to become Magicians should hunt in the Snail Hunting
Ground I or II on Maple island, this map is full of Green and Blue Snails.
Probably best to stay here until you reach level 8. You can do Maria's Hat
quest and then come back to this map to level up. I suggest not doing Biggs
quest because it will take a long time to collect the items for someone so
physically weak. But of course if you really want to do it, no problem.
If you find it hard to level-up, keep killing those Green and Blue Snails.
Monsters In Maple Island
----------------------------
Name HP EXP. Advice
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Green Snails 8 3 Great for Beginners and Magicians
Blue Snails 15 4 Great for Everyone
Shroom 20 5 Great for Everyone
Red Snails 45 8 Beginner Magicians shouldn't waste
time on these
Orange Mushrooms 80 15 These are tough for Beginners,
you'll kill 4 Blue Snails faster
for MORE exp. AND THEY MOVE FAST.
You'll find a lot of these to the
right of Amherst
Other Easy Monsters In Victoria Island
----------------------------
Name HP EXP. Advice
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stump 65 8 Easier to just kill 2 Blue Snails,
(unless you can kill in 3-5 shots
it's not worth going for)
Slime 50 10 They move fast
Pig 75 15 They move fast
Dark stump 250 18 They move slow
Ribbon Pig 120 20 They move fast
Kill Stealing
----------------------------
Kill Stealing (KS or ksing) is when someone weak is trying to kill a
monster to gain exp. and a stronger player will come and kill it and steal
exp. It's not such a problem in Maple Island because everyone is a
Beginner, so this is a good place to train.
============================
3. VICTORIA ISLAND
============================
You can leave Maple Island anytime you like. You'll need 150 mesos for the
ship ride from South Perry. When you leave you won't be able to come back.
Maple Island is a nice place to level-up. I suggest leveling here or near
Lith Harbour until you are ready for your job advancement. Places near
Henesys are also good for Beginners to train.
!!! I suggest not exploring the other towns while you are a Beginner and a
newbie, go level up and get a job first, then go exploring. (Beginners
wanting to become Magicians will not train as fast near Perion, Ellinia or
Kerning, unless they stick to Green snails, because Slimes(50HP) and
Stumps(65HP) take forever to kill when you are doing 1-3 damage).
When you die, if you have a job, you'll lose about 5-10% exp. and you'll be
transported to the nearest Town. If you have your Mini Map extended
you'll be able to see an icon. The icon represents the nearest town.
Talk to every NPC that you see, this way you will probably find out if they
are useful to you. For example some NPCs synthesize items, refine ores,
store things, process wood, create screws, create arrows or give quests.
-----------------------------------------------------------
#### WARNING TO BEGINNERS IN LITH HARBOUR and ELLINIA ####
-----------------------------------------------------------
How Do You Get Out Of Here? What Is This Place?
----------------------------
!!! Do not take a ride in the black VIP TAXI to the Ant Tunnel. You will
end up in a place not for Beginners at all. When you die (There's no way
you won't die), you'll find yourself in Sleepywood, the town in the Dungeon.
To get out of here, you'll have to buy a Return Scroll to Lith Harbour from
someone for 500 - 1000 meso. Even if someone is nice enough to give you a
scroll for free, you'll have wasted 1000 mesos on the VIP TAXI ... DONT
TAKE THE TAXI. I don't know why they allow Beginners to have a discount on
this Taxi, it just means a lot of confusion.
----------------------------
3.1 First Job Advancement: Where Do You Go?
----------------------------
After you have trained to the required level, talk to the ticket guy in
Lith Harbour or a white Taxi in another town, he will take you to the town
you need to go to, for 80 - 120 mesos (very cheap discount price for
Beginners only).
---Warriors--- at Perion, go to the very top of the map and enter the
portal talk to the NPC Dances with Balrog.
---Thieves--- at Kerning City, enter the Jazz Bar in the centre of the map,
go down the ladder and talk to the NPC Dark Road.
---Bowmen--- at Henesys, near the centre of the map, enter the park and go
to the far right and enter the building to talk to the NPC Athena Pierce.
---Magicians--- at Ellinia, go to the very top and enter the portal and
talk to the NPC Grendel the Really Old.
Buying Weapons And Clothes: Can Someone Spare 3k?
----------------------------
!!! When you make your job advancement, you should buy new armour in your
home town. By this level, you will probably not have enough mesos to buy
everything you want, so deal with it :/ you have a job, go earn the money!
Firstly buy a new weapon, then topwear and bottomwear, if you have enough
mesos, buy a hat and then shoes. If you can't afford everything, don't
worry, you really only need the new weapon. If you can't afford that, you
probably didn't pick up all the mesos that your monsters dropped did you?
Well in that case, you've just got to fight some more monsters with what
you have until you have enough mesos.
!!! Don't Beg. You are a Beginner (or were), of course you're poor! You
have to work at your job to become rich. This game can be challenging, but
it's not too hard, so don't be LAZY go hunt some monsters to find some
money and gain exp. And while you're at it meet some players and have fun.
How Should I Spend My Skill Points?
----------------------------
!!! TIP - By the time you reach your second job advancement, you will not
have received enough Skill Points (SP) to master all the skills available
to you. So, you'll have to spend those points wisely. Find an In-Depth FAQ
for your job to find out how to spend your SP.
How Do You Use Skills?
----------------------------
Press K to spend your skill point. If you use your Skill Point on a skill
that uses MP, drag the Icon into one of your Hot Keys, or open your Key
Settings and drag it into there.
How Do You Throw Stars?
----------------------------
You must be a Thief and you need to wear a Claw. The first claw is called
a Garnier and can be bought from the Kerning City Weapon Store. Buy some
Subi Throwing stars from the guy selling armour. Now you can throw stars
using your attack button.
If you are too close to a monster, you will punch it instead of throwing
a star at it (I find this annoying). Punching will do very little damage.

4. PARTIES
============================
----------------------------
4.1 Creating Parties
----------------------------
Once you get a job, you will be able to create a party.
- Press R
- click on the 'Party' tab
- click 'Create'
- Right-Click on a person
- Select 'View Info'
- Click 'Invite Party' once
There can be up to 6 people in a party. To leave your party, click Leave.
You will not be able to invite someone who is already in a party. They will
have to leave their party before joining yours.
Party Chat
----------------------------
When you are in a party, press 2 to talk to members in you party. The chat
text will appear in pink. You will be able to talk to members that are in
different maps or channels. Press 1 to talk to everyone again.
----------------------------
4.2 Party Experience
----------------------------
Generally:
- Experience is shared among all party members that are in the same map.
- If you kill a monster you will get more exp. than the other party members
will get for that kill.
- Higher level members will receive more exp than the lower level members.
In parties, mesos are shared but items are not. Items can be picked up by
anyone in a party.
Pan2005: Mesos In A Party - For 2 Members --> 60% For Collector & 40% For
Other Member. For more than 2, the ratio will be a bit different, but still,
the Collector will be getting most.
One problem with parties is who gets to keep that rare piece of armour worth
50k? The person who killed the monster that dropped it? Sure, but what if
they helped you kill it? I was once in a party where I completely killed the
monster that dropped the rare item and I managed to pick up the item too,
but the other party member begged me if they could have it. I personally
don't like parties, but they are useful sometimes. You don't need to join
parties to make friends though, just start talking to people.
Party Experience Example 1
----------------------------
Let’s say we have a 2-person party with 2 lv 10 players.
Slimes give 10 exp. if you kill them completely by yourself.
In a party if you kill a Slime, you'll get something like 6 exp. while
the other member in the party will get 4 exp.
Party Experience Example 2
----------------------------
Another 2-person party, 1 person lv 35 the other lv 8.
If the lv 35 kills a Green Mushroom, they will get the entire 26 exp.
points and the lv 8 will get 0 exp.
If the lv 35 kills a Slime, they get 9 exp. and the lv 8 will get 1 exp.
============================
5. GENERAL TIPS
============================
----------------------------
5.1 Sleepywood, Ant Tunnel, Ossyria And Florina Beach
----------------------------
Sleepywood is in the Dungeon, the easiest way is to walk from Henesys. But
I recommend being level 17-20 before visiting. Make sure you have a Return
Scroll to Henesys or some other town before you go, just incase you find the
place too tough for you to get out again. Sleepywood Return Scrolls can be
bought in the Sauna in the Hotel in Sleepywood.
To walk to Sleepywood from Henesys, take the top right portal at Henesys to
get onto Warning Street. Keep traveling right, and avoid the dangerous
monsters at the bottom of those pits. Eventually you'll find Luke the
Security Guy, take the portal that he's standing near. You'll enter a
Forest, here the top portal will take you towards Kerning City and Perion,
while the middle portal will be Sleepywood. Don't take the bottom portal
unless you are lv 25+ because there are Curse Eyes here. Also, the bottom
portal is one of those tricky portals, like a Pig Beach, where the only way
to get back, is to travel through the map and reach another portal.
Ant Tunnel is just right of Sleepywood. The monsters are tough here for low
level players.
Ossyria is another place and the website suggests that you be lv 35, this
is a good guideline. But if you want to visit out of curiosity I recommend
lv 25+, but the monsters will be tough! You can go there from Ellinia, it
cost 5k and make sure you have 5k to get back. Bring lots of potions to go
exploring. Since MP pots are slightly cheaper in Ellinia, don't forget to
stock-up before leaving to Ossy.
Tip from lilkrndude146: The armour and weapon shop in El Nath (a town in
Ossyria) is expensive for some items. You'll probably do better buying the
items off other players back in Victoria Island. Hopefully by the time you
reach the levels to be buying this stuff, you'll have some experience in
buying and trading items off other players (at sensible prices).
Florina Beach is a little island with tough monsters. It cost 1k to get
there from Lith Harbour. You'll need 1k to get back.
----------------------------
5.2 Hunting Effectively
----------------------------
If you like fighting in crowded places where the monsters re-spawn quickly,
fight monsters that only need 1-2 shots to kill (maybe 3). If you take any
longer you'll become surrounded by too many monsters.
If you like less crowded places, where there's only you or one other person,
there will be less monsters. This will mean more walking, but you can kill
the monsters slower, so go for monsters that die in 2-4 shots. - Warriors
and Bandit Thieves may like to kill monsters that take up to 6 shots.
To level-up faster, use potions (pots). Less waiting will mean more killing
and more exp. Make sure you pick up all your items and mesos if you can't
afford pots. On the other hand, if you're using pots up like crazy, and you
don't seem to be making a profit, you're fighting the wrong monsters
(or you're just crap :P) - MP pots are slightly cheaper in Ellinia.
----------------------------
5.3 Return Scrolls: Selling All Town Scrolls 1k
----------------------------
Return Scrolls, are great and are much cheaper than a Taxi (unless you're
still a Beginner). After getting your first job, and acquiring some money,
walk around Victoria Island and visit all the towns and buy a Return scroll
from each town. On the way, you can explore, try to find hidden portals and
kill a few new monsters.
Return Scrolls cost 500 mesos at shops. And they can be used in almost all
maps, so they are more convenient than taxis.
Taxis are not available in Sleepywood. So buy a Return Scroll before
visiting, otherwise you may have to pay 1k to buy one off someone. I used
to always be in Sleepywood selling Return Scrolls for 1k =) .
----------------------------
5.4 Fame: What Is Fame For?
----------------------------
Fame is used for higher levels. There is a quest at level 30 that requires
10 fame, and some high-level armour requires a certain amount of fame to
wear. If you're poor, don't bother trying to buy fame, you don't need it
yet. Save your money for armour or potions.
from Pan2005: The kinds of equipment that use fame are usually black or
are called Dark 'something'.
You can't fame someone until you're lv 15. You can only use your fame once
a day. And you can only fame the same person once a month.
Higher-level players like to buy fame. They may offer you 1 - 6k for your
fame. If you need money, sell your fame. Currently the normal price for fame
is 5k. People may also offer items for fame such as 20 leathers or 4 ores.
To fame someone for items or money, right-click them and select 'View Info',
then press 'Request Trade'. Keep the Info box open. When they accept your
trade, and agree to give you the money or items for your fame, you click the
Orange Up Arrow to increase their fame, while the trade box is still open.
Then they will give you your money. Press the Orange 'Trade' button to
accept their money or items
Fame nor LUK has nothing to do with rare item drops.
----------------------------
5.5 Trading
----------------------------
To request a trade with someone right-click them and View Info, click on
'Request Trade'.
If someone requests a Trade with you, be nice and say 'Hi' or 'Hello'.
Responding with 'Yes?' or 'What?' just seems rude to me.
Good places to buy or sell items are at towns. The best town for this is
Perion. Visit Perion Channel 1 for the biggest market, here it may be hard
to click on people, so instead type '/trade username' to trade with someone.
Visit Perion Channel 1 and just watch everybody trade. Sometimes you'll see
the prices of various items. Occasionally these prices will be over the top.
But just watch for a few minutes while you regain your health and you will
learn alot about trading and prices. It's not a bad idea to do this every
now and again after you reach lv 30. If Perion Channel 1 is too full, try
Channel 2.

6 QUEST ADVICE
============================
After you've done these quests, there are plenty more which are only
accessible by reaching a certain level. Visit www.maplesea.com for more
quests (shows more quests than mapleglobal).
Strangely, all these quests are pretty hard for the level that you can begin
them at, except John's quest. For all the others, you'll have to level-up
alot more to finish them without help. You'll probably be lv 25+ when you
finish all of them... :/
----------------------------
6.1 Quests For Beginners
----------------------------
Fixing Blackbull's House
----------------------------
Talk to Blackbull in Perion.
Items Needed: 30 Branches, 50 Firewoods.
Prize: lv 15 Steel Shield (most times) or a lv 25 Triangular Shield.
Branches will be easy to get from Stumps. Firewood can be found from Axe
Stumps and Dark Axe Stumps. Don't go for the Dark Axe Stumps they have 550
HP. If you're a warrior, try this quest at lv 14, so that you have a shield
for lv 15. All other classes, don't worry about this quest until you can
kill Axe Stumps easily.
The shields can only be used by Warriors. If you're not a warrior, you can
sell the lv 15 shield to a shop for 3k. The lv 25 shield should be sold to
a warrior because it can't be bought from any store in Victoria Island.
----------------------------
6.2 Quests For Level 15+
----------------------------
Maya and the Weird Medicine
----------------------------
Talk to Maya in the Mushroom House in Henesys
Needed: 20 Octo Legs, 50 Squishy Liquids, 50 Leaves, 40 Charms of Undead
Prize: level 25 Brown Bamboo Hat
Since you can't use the prize until lv 25, you can take your time.
You'll need to travel a lot for this quest, Maya will want you to get
Medicine by talking to Teo in Lith Harbour, He'll tell you to go see
someone else and so on ... :/ Octos are found near Kerning City, Leaves are
dropped by Dark Stumps found near Perion, Squishy Liquid dropped by Slimes.
Charms of Undead are dropped by Undead Mushrooms found in the Ant Tunnel in
the Dungeon, they are not easy to kill by low-level players.
Luke the Security Guy
----------------------------
Talk to Luke at the Entrance to the Dungeon from Henesys.
Items Needed: 1 Bowl of Salad, 10 Stirge Wings, 100 Jr. Necki Skins
Prize: 1 Refined Jewel at random (Diamond if you're lucky)
This quest is tough! There is no time limit on quests. Most Magicians,
Thieves, Bowmen can't hit the Jr. Necki until lv 27+. Warriors will have to
wait even longer.
Jr Neckis are little green snakes, found in the Subway, Sewer, and in some
parts of the Dungeon. Stirges are purple bats found in the Subway and Deep
Ant Tunnel. Bowl of Salad can be bought (A Use Item) from the 24Hr Shop in
the Deep Ant Tunnel.
John's Pink Flower Basket
----------------------------
Talk to John in Lith Harbour
Items Needed: at least 10 Pink Viola Flowers
Prize: 30 Screws
This is the first of MANY jumping quests. If you can become good at this
quest, you'll be able to do all the other jumping quests. So have patience
and practice a lot, when you get tired, take a break, fight some monsters,
then practice some more. Pink Viola's can't be traded.
Buy a couple of Return Scrolls to Lith Harbour at Lith Harbour. Go to
Sleepywood, then buy some Sleepywood Return Scrolls from the Sauna and talk
to the Mysterious Statue. After getting the flowers (double-click on them),
scroll back to Lith, give the flowers to John. If you didn't get 10 flowers,
scroll back to Sleepywood and do it again.
NOTE: buying the Scrolls is optional, you can walk if you're too tight!
After you complete the quest, you can go to the Mysterious Statue and do
the jumping quest again and again. Each time you reach the flowers you'll
randomly receive 2 mineral ores (no gold).
When you reach lv 30, you'll no longer be able to receive the 2 ores from the
Forest of Patience Stages 1 & 2. You'll have to do John's lv 30 quest instead,
where you'll do Stages 3 & 4.
Nella and Kerning City Citizen's Requests
----------------------------
Talk to Nella in Kerning City
Request 1: 1000 Mesos, 50 Green Mushroom Caps, 50 Bubbling's Huge Bubbles
Request 2: 5 Processed Woods, 5 Screws
Request 3: 100 Octopus Legs, 1 Pure Water.
Prize 1: 50 Lemons
Prize 2: 100 Cakes
Prize 3: level 20 Gloves for your job
Bubblings are in the Subway in Kerning City. The Bubblings may be difficult
to kill. Try this quest at lv 19, maybe even lv 25.
When you complete the first request, talk to Nella repeatedly, don't leave
until she gives you the second request. (Just keep clicking on her, don't
listen to her lies!)
Talk to JM From Tha Streetz and select 'Create Materials' to find out how
to make Processed Wood and Screws. You probably won't have the materials
to make screws, so either do John's Flower Quest to get 30 screws, or buy
them off people for 1.5k or 2k each.
Talk to Nella repeatedly after completing the second request.
Pure Water can be bought at Sleepywood or 24Hr Shop in the Ant Tunnel. Octos
can be found at both Kerning City Construction Sites and near the Kerning
City Entrance to the Dungeon Forest.
When you reach lv 25, Nella will have 3 more requests for you.
